Our director, Nikki Blackmer, has created and recorded a vocal workout for singers recovering from Covid-19 -- or, for that matter, any singer wanting to build breath and stamina. She is happy to share it with the singing community. Of course, this warmup should be used in conjunction with your doctor's care.

Here’s Nikki’s intro to the recording: “Thank you for requesting my post-Covid breath warmup! I made this for a friend recovering from Covid, and I hope it can continue to help those who are struggling with the awful lingering effects of this virus. A few instructions –as you work to regain your breath, do what you can. Take breaks when you need to. Do only a few exercises at a time. Or just do your favorites. You can work up to doing the whole thing. Steady and slow practice can help you heal.”
